Make Payments Simply

Albany County now accepts credit and debit card payments through GovPayNet. Payments can be made with a major credit, debit or pre-paid debit card, including:

Payments can be made for Civil Payments.

To make a payment, you will need the following:

• Pay Location Code (PLC#) 7557
• Payment amount
• Name of person for whom payment is being made
• Docket number

GovPayNet is a private debit and credit card processing company and will be the Merchant of Record for all bail-related payments consumers make through the GovPayNet remote bail service.
