From NYS Thruway, take Exit 24 or from I-90 take I-87N, then follow directions below “From the South.”

From the South

Take I-87N to Exit 4. Turn left onto Wolf Road. At the next set of traffic lights turn left onto Albany Shaker Road. Follow road towards the Albany International Airport. Stay in the left lane. At the third set of traffic lights, turn left onto Heritage Lane. The Nursing Home is the second driveway on your right.

From the North

Take I-87S to Exit 4, at light turn left onto Route155. At the next set of lights turn right onto Albany Shaker Road. Follow road towards the Albany International Airport. Stay in the left lane. At the second set of traffic lights, turn left onto Heritage Lane. The Nursing Home is the second driveway on your right.
