County Executive McCoy to Recognize Local Humanitarian for Allegiance to Albany Community

For her active participation and commitment to strengthening the community and its residents, Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy will honor Joan Lipscomb as the Albany County Executive’s Citizen of the Month ceremony.

Joan has served as President of the Capital Area Council of Churches and has had a profound impact on the community because of her dedication to interfaith and educational efforts.

Join County Executive McCoy on Tuesday, February 19 at 10:30am in the Cahill Room of the Albany County Office Building, 112 State Street, Albany 12207, to honor Joan and recognize all she has given to the community.

This award presented by County Executive McCoy provides a measure of recognition to those who go above and beyond to make our community a better place to live.
