Hundreds of YMCA Campers to Help “Rainbows for Robbie”

August 08, 2017

Robbie Ecuyer has had a very rough year after both of his parents died within two weeks of each other. The nine year old is autistic and understands his parents have "crossed over the rainbow bridge." Rainbows are very special to him and Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy and the Capital District YMCA have partnered on "Rainbows for Robbie."

Join County Executive McCoy and Capital District YMCA President/CEO David Brown with hundreds of campers as they help fulfill Robbie's dream of collecting rainbows on Friday, August 11 at 10:30am at the YMCA Adventure Camp, Route 155, Guilderland.

It’s a heartwarming story and there will be great visuals.
