County Executive Helps Load Gifts for Adopt-a-Family Program
"Thanks to the generosity of so many Albany County employees, residents and businesses, 269 families have been adopted by 226 donors this holiday season under Albany County's Adopt-a-Family Program through our Department of Children, Youth and Families," said Albany County Executive Daniel McCoy. "Another 20 families received gift cards or toys/goods that were donated to the office. Approximately 790 kids received services. I am grateful to everyone who participated to make this holiday happier for others."
