JCAB Volunteer Training: A Restorative Approach to Address Juvenile Crime - June 15, 2013
The Juvenile Community Accountability Board seeks to help juveniles understand the impact crime has had on the community, and to allow them an opportunity to repair the harm that was caused. Board members are all volunteers who live, work or have some vested interest in the community.
