Our Medical Staff

Patients and residents of the Albany County Nursing Home are free to choose their own physician. Each physician, however, must apply for staff privileges and undergo a credentialing review by our Credentials Committee.

For those who do not have a personal physician or whose personal physician does not follow nursing home patients, our Social Service Department will assign one of our staff physicians to oversee care and treatment.

Our medical staff is overseen by the Medical Director.
