Employment Referral Program
The Division of Affirmative Action recruits qualified women, minorities, disabled individuals and veterans for current and future job vacancies. Employment decisions are based on merit, education and experience. The Division assures that the application process is carried out in a fair and consistent manner.
Employers throughout the Capital Region utilize the Division to reach diverse applicants. The Division maintains an employment binder of current employment opportunities. Job seekers may examine the binder and apply directly to the employer. The employment referral program should supplement other job seeking activities.
