It's pizza... what else do you need to know?

Yummy Veggie Pizza

Ingredients:

1 pizza crust (make your own or use pre-made)
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup mushrooms chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, sliced or chopped
1 cup low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spread the sauce on the crust and add chopped vegetables. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. Let pizza cool 5 minutes before slicing.
