An informational meeting will be held 10-15 days prior to the auction.

ATTENTION: The parcels herein listed are subject to removal from foreclosure proceedings if and when they are redeemed, answered or withdrawn by the Tax District as provided by law. The delinquent tax amounts listed herein do not include accrued interest and foreclosure charges, and the parcels listed may be subject to additional delinquent real property tax liens. Interested persons are advised to contact the Division of Finance at (518) 447-7070 for information and updates, or to inquire on the procedure followed by the County with respect to the foreclosure proceeding and the parcels subject thereof. These lists do not constitute an official record of enforcement actions.
