A LOCAL LAW OF THE COUNTY OF ALBANY, NEW YORK, REPEALING LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF 1973 AS AMENDED, ENTITLED A LOCAL LAW IN RELATION TO THE ADOPTION OF A COUNTY CHARTER FOR THE COUNTY OF ALBANY, AND ENACTING IN PLACE THEREOF A REVISED ALBANY COUNTY CHARTER

BE IT ENACTED by the County Legislature of the County of Albany as follows:

 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Article 4 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, the present Albany County Charter is hereby repealed, and a revised Albany County Charter is hereby enacted in place thereof, to read as follows:
