Paramedic, exam #11113 The resulting list will be used to fill future vacancies as they occur in the Town of Guilderland and the Albany County Sheriff's Department. The person in this position is responsible for providing emergency medical services and advising attending EMTs as necessary. They also must be able to operate specially equipped emergency vehicles.
