A Matter of Balance 8-week WORKSHOP
Manage the fear of falling by learning the techniques to improve balance, flexibility and activity levels. $12 per participant. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

Caregiver Telephone Groups

Tue or Wed at 7:00pm (monthly meetings)
Albany County caregivers can participate in monthly support group "meetings" held by telephone conference call.

 
Demetia Support Group

1:00pm, 3rd Thursday each month

Support, information, resources and socialization in a comfortable and supportive environment, hosted by Community Caregivers in partnership with Alzheimer's Association.
