Albany County Department for Aging Health Insurance Information and Assistance Program (HIICAP) volunteers are available to assist you at multiple locations and by phone.

PLEASE NOTE: You should bring to your appointment the prescription bottles for all medications you are currently taking, as well as a list of all of the medications you are taking, including dosages. If you speak with a HIICAP counselor by telephone, you should have your medications and dosages on hand before you call.
