Community Unit strives to assist eligible individuals in acquiring adequate health coverage for themselves and their families.
Chronic Care Unit’s mission is to assist Albany County residents in establishing long term eligibility within the Medicaid framework.
Managed Care Unit strives to educate Medicaid eligible individuals to enable them to make informed choices in the selection of appropriate Managed Care plans for themselves and their families.
