Request for Qualifications for Outside Legal Counsel

Sealed proposals for Qualifications for Outside Legal Counsel should be submitted to the Albany Convention Center Authority (ACCA) by the close of business on Wednesday, June 7, 2006. Responses should be directed to: George Leveille, Chairman, ACCA, 25 Quackenbush Square, Albany, NY 12207. Copies of the Request for Qualifications may be obtained at
the interim ACCA offices at 21 Lodge St. or may be downloaded from the ACCA website at albanynewyorkconventioncenter.com starting Thursday, May 18, 2006.

The ACCA reserves its right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional proposals. Minority Business Enterprises and Women’s Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond.
