Ms. Kai Earle serves as the Minority/Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) Manager for the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC). She oversees the Corporation’s program, ensuring that financed projects meet State and Federal requirements and promoting opportunities for disadvantaged, minority and woman-owned enterprises. Ms. Earle has over ten years of experience in minority and women business development, including the compliance management of numerous large-scale construction projects. In 1997, she began working for the City of Albany, New York, helping to manage the Minority Business Development Program and other diversity initiatives. From 2001 to 2004, Ms. Earle worked for Albany County as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Liaison Officer, before taking on the role as Director of Affirmative Action until 2007. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and African Studies from the State University of New York-Albany.
