Brad Rosenstein

Brad Rosenstein, FMP, has served as President and CEO of Jack's Oyster House since 1984. For almost 90 years, Jack's, which has been inducted into the Nation's Fine Dining Hall of Fame, has been an integral part of Albany's landscape. Jack's has been proclaimed “Albany's Greatest Restaurant Legend” and the area's “Best Restaurant of the Century.”

Mr. Rosenstein has served as a board member of the New York State Restaurant Association (NYSRA) since 1996, serving as vice chairman from 2003-2004. He also served as the chair of NYSRA's Government Affairs and the Finance Committees. He currently serves as chairman of the International Restaurant and Foodservice Show of New York and currently as an industry representative to the National Restaurant Association.

Mr. Rosenstein is the recipient of the NYSRA Excellence in Hospitality and Restaurateur of the Year Awards. He was also nominated for the International Foodservice Management Association Silver Plate Award and the Restaurants and Institutions Ivy Award.

He previously trained with the Boca Raton Hotel and Club in Boca Raton, Florida and the 21 Club in New York City.

Mr. Rosenstein was recently designated a 2005 Ambassador to the Culinary Institute of America. He has achieved Foodservice Management Professional and Servsafe certifications. He earned a Bachelor's degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
