Aidan Kemp Starts his Eagle Scout Project

Aidan Kemp, a scout with Troop 1075 of Delmar, started his Eagle Scout Project at Lawson Lake County Park on February 23, 2019.

An Eagle Scout Project requires the scout to plan, develop, and give leadership to others in a service project helpful to any religious institution, any school, or their community. The project must benefit an organization other than Scouting.

Aidan's project aims to improve one of the cabins at the park, including, among other things, building three to four bunk beds in the cabin. Work will continue on the project through the spring.

Albany County and Lawson Lake County Park are extremely proud to be part of an amazing project. Thank you, Aidan!
