Girl Scouts Service Unit 183 Weekend

Girl Scouts from Service Unit 183 spent the weekend at Lawson Lake for the first time. Service Unit 183 is made up of all city of Albany troops: Troop 1734, Troop 1880, Troop 1071, Troop 1095 and Troop 1109.

They were a small group, but that didn't stop them from having fun outdoors. Highlights of the weekend included boating, fishing, hiking, and a grownups-versus-scouts kickball game.

They had a roaring fire in the fireplace if Waldman Lodge and, of course, made s'mores!

The Girl Scouts will definitely be back!
