Children's Beverage Container Law (BPA-Free Law): Albany County has passed a law which prohibits the sale of children's beverage containers that contain BPA within the County of Albany. Read common questions and answers about the law, and find online resources.

Food Service Waste Reduction Act ("Polystyrene Ban"): Albany County has passed a law which requires all food service establishments operating in Albany County to refrain from selling prepared food in any disposable food service ware that contains polystyrene foam and use a suitable alternative product.
